Vikram Varma | Co-founder
Raised in Canberra, Vikram is a proud and respected member of the local community. Enthusiastic about keeping fit and having fun, Vikram enjoys playing both social and competitive badminton. He is also a former President of ACT Badminton Association and encourages people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to get involved. Vikram also takes great pride in helping others, a passion which motivated him to co-found Thinkable Partners. Vikram is determined to use his corporate skills to benefit the wider community, especially in the education sector. Vikram was Chair of the School Board at Garran Primary School and a former Chapter Lead for the literacy and gender equality charity ‘Room to Read’.
Much like Thinkable Partners, Vikram is passionate about building capability and implementing change. Creating sustainable business solutions, Vikram drives transformation and cultural change within organisations. With a track record of achievements in the public and private sector, Vikram turns ideas into reality.
Adopting a pragmatic and holistic approach when planning, building relationships and adapting to new environments, Vikram utilises his experience over three decades to create long-lasting outcomes for his clients. A strong advocate for building capability, Vikram helps organisations to create successful leaders by equipping them with excellent management skills and through the mentoring of individuals.
He has highly developed strategic management skills and is able to manage complex projects and programs in rapidly changing environments. Developing a deep understanding of his clients’ culture and leadership capability, Vikram ensures to deliver sustainable outcomes for the long-term.
Vikram’s unique skillset in strategic and operational management practices includes establishing and maturing program and design offices, corporate governance, program and risk management. Vikram has collaborated with senior executives to design and implement strategic policies and programs in alignment with organisational strategy. Vikram brings an impressive range of skills and knowledge to Thinkable Partners, experienced in the areas of major reforms, portfolio cross-cutting initiatives, regulatory services and program delivery.
