Drawing from his diverse experience in the Government, education, hospitality and community sport sectors he seeks to build meaningful connections with clients through tailoring his approach to business needs and developing solutions. He has experience in designing and establishing programs of work.

Taking a holistic approach to program management, he seeks to enhance strategic decision making by building a thorough understanding of organisational practices and goals, and synthesising information to drive innovation.

Much like in his career, in his sporting life Sheehan believes that discipline and planning is key to establish a firm foundation. He is a badminton enthusiast and has represented the state at the highest levels. He is also an internationally accredited umpire, has held various positions in the Badminton ACT executive committee and is the chair of the ACT Technical Officials Committee.
