Vikram Varma | Co-founder
Raised in Canberra, Vikram is a proud and respected member of the local community. Enthusiastic about keeping fit and having fun, Vikram enjoys playing both social and competitive badminton. He is also a former President of ACT Badminton Association and encourages people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to get involved. Vikram also takes great pride in helping others, a passion which motivated him to co-found Thinkable Partners. Vikram is determined to use his corporate skills to benefit the wider community, especially in the education sector. Vikram was Chair of the School Board at Garran Primary School and a former Chapter Lead for the literacy and gender equality charity ‘Room to Read’.
Damon Owen | Co-founder
Damon believes that great leaders never stop learning. Interested in areas such as science, psychology, investing and personal development, Damon’s natural curiosity and enthusiasm for learning inspired him to co-found ‘Thinkable Partners’. From a young age, Damon honed his personal drive through playing baseball, which led to him being awarded a scholarship to college in the United States as a pitcher. As a proud father of two daughters, Khloee (10) and Ellie (5), Damon enjoys spending time with his family. A keen cook, he also ensures to take time to delight in eating good food with friends and family.

Danni is passionate about solving complex problems and making a difference for her clients. Skilled in PMO design and implementation, Danni provides innovative solutions and generates sustainable change. Combining a range of experience in both the private and public sectors, Danni is unafraid to challenge the status quo and execute large-scale projects.
A highly capable leader, Danni is experienced in leading and delivering strategic initiatives, data mapping and integration, and the evaluation of regulatory policies, frameworks, and guidelines. David Hall | Procurement Practice Lead
David is a results-oriented individual who thrives in collaborative environments and has the knowledge and experience to put in the hard yards when needed. He is passionate about delivering procurement outcomes that result in tangible, sustainable benefits for the clients he is working with. He also enjoys sharing his wealth of experience with junior staff and has designed training and certification programs in the procurement and audit space.
