David Hall | Procurement Practice Lead

David is a results-oriented individual who thrives in collaborative environments and has the knowledge and experience to put in the hard yards when needed. He is passionate about delivering procurement outcomes that result in tangible, sustainable benefits for the clients he is working with. He also enjoys sharing his wealth of experience with junior staff and has designed training and certification programs in the procurement and audit space.

In his spare time, David is a keen photographer, sharing this passion with his daughter Bree. He specialises in portrait and commercial work, as well as being a CASA registered drone pilot, and is currently working his way through the various licences for drone operation.

David has a degree in Economics specialising in Economics and Computer Science, and has qualifications in Project Management and ICT, procurement, and strategic sourcing.

He has a comprehensive understanding of the legislative frameworks that encompass government procurement as well as managing activities from end to end. This allows him to provide quality practical advice to key decision makers at all levels, producing ‘go to market’ approaches that produce and deliver on business objectives. David is also used to working with a number of whole of government panels and Indigenous procurement.
