Beverley is a Management Consultant with over 30 years of working experience with IT projects in the Government sector. She understands that to ground an organisation’s vision, change adoption must be thought through and delivered in a way that makes sense for those involved. This means taking into consideration the mindset, capabilities, and practices currently in place, and working with management, operational and technical people to equip an organisation for success.

Beverley’s strengths are her ability to understand the context of initiatives, and providing a bridge between the technical team, the management and operational personnel. She is one of those relatively rare personalities who is equally happy working at the strategic context level, or at the detail level with IT teams and subject matter experts. Her strengths enable her to explore with stakeholders the ‘so what does this mean?’ to break down goals into meaningful communications, requirements, and implementable actions.

Values that are most important to Beverley are integrity, respect and quality. She has a passion for the programs she works on. Beverley enjoys the challenge of getting IT applied to make a genuine difference to the organisations she works with.

When not working, Beverley has a creative streak which is expressed through crafts. She is energised through nature, be it on a walk around a local lake or at home in her garden. Along with her husband, they enjoy using/preserving garden produce to add the home touch to family meals.
